Patching build 42203

I had a problem with my Trainz 10 so I deleated the original and reinstalled it. It is now back at build 42203. I uploaded the patch on the original installation but I can't find the proper patch this time. Can anyone direct to the location where the patch is for this build? I did not have the multiplayer beta version. Thank you.

If I remember right the patch brought my build from 42203 to 49933.
