password and usermname problems

Please I need some help,I am currently having problems at the launcher of trainz 12 build 58414 with the password, my user name is not the problem, and I can't use it well enough to get to the DLC pack right now so I was just wondering if the cause of the error is on my end or not, thanks!

oops, thanks for telling me about the mistake, I was trying to sort out a problem with getting the password to matchup with my user name but, problem solved.
