Passing disappointment-Where's Gt Britain/Europe?

Just received the latest Newsletter and I accept a range of impressive locos that are fine additions but nothing there for British/European followers. Have we been relegated to some Third World status? (!)

I feel the same way. We only have the duchess DLC. The others (and the upcoming The General set) are all American or Asian or Russian. Not that it's bad stuff, it's just not for everyone.

My suggestion for Auran/N3V is a Big Bertha set! (The Lickey banker, not railgun)

You do realise that the other locomotives/assets are done by Jointed Rail and Ocemy, right? So basically you're complaining that American and Chinese developers that focus entirely on American and Chinese assets, respectively, aren't doing UK stuff.

It doesn't really have anything to do with N3V, other than that N3V haven't formed a partnership with any UK payware author yet, and I suspect that is not through N3V's fault, but the simple fact that the few UK payware people out there aren't quite as willing to deal with N3V.

I'm sure N3V would consider partnering with any payware producer, so I venture by the process of elimination you are correct.

Very good point, one I strongly overlooked. If only I had the Blender skill!

As above, the payware content in the newsletter has been created entirely by 3rd party creators (apart from the Blue Comet, Duchess Class, and PRR T-1 packs). There are actually 3 locations there, US, China, and Australia (With the new 'I' wagon pack). From three creation groups/creators. JointedRail (US), Ocemy (China), and ZecRail (Australia - yes, this is mine).

Now, you could think of it in two ways for the UK/Europe.

First, be thankful, it likely means that there is more freeware than payware.

Second, it could mean the payware is located elsewhere (e.g. Paul Hobbs' models), or may not be finished.

Now, if UK creator did approach us to sell their content through our store, we would look into it with them. However, if a UK creator does not approach us, or does not proceed with selling their content through our store, then that content will not be sold through our store.
