It solved a problem I had :wave: Unfortunately it has to involve the helpdesk; but maybe it will shed some light on what you are encountering.

The helpdesk say that i have downloaded trainz 2009, so i sent them the delivery confirmation, and pictures of the CD and the COVER. And the serial number
