Pantom KUIDs appearing in config file

I tried a search for this but as I'm not sure what to call it, I came up with nothing.

I recently imported a route from TS10 to TS12 although the issue was there prior to the import, it's just that I've been able to see it happen since doing so.

Starting in CMP, if I open errors and warnings on the route, there are around 33-36 (can't remember at present the exact number) KUID:2's sitting in the config. These all have my own KUID number but don't relate to any assets I've ever knowingly created. I've tried deleting them then saving the amended config, which clears the errors from the route. If I then go into the route to make edits, on saving the route and checking the config, these KUID;2's have reappeared.

Does anyone know what would cause this to happen? The only suggestion I have is that I had huge problems with TS10 crashing every time I tried to save the route.

Thanks
PFX.

Hmm that's a bit odd tried cloning the route? that sometimes sorts out odd occurrences.

Or in surveyor use the delete missing assets? I don't think editing the config actually removes the kuids from the route in 2010 upwards. In theory if they don't exist that should get rid of them.

No one updated anything of yours as part of the DLS cleanup?

Hi Malc. I tried cloning the route with no success. I'm slightly adverse to deleting missing assets as I think there are a couple of odds and ends I've missed in the importing process though I suppose I could try that on the cloned version.

There's nothing on the route which I have created so I doubt that it's anything to do with clean ups.

I'll give the delete missing assets a go and report back.

Thanks.

I tried your advice and deleting missing assets has not only removed the error but cleared any warnings too!

Thanks for the help Malc.
