Why would you want to do that? It is a totally obsolete and limited program.

Be advised anything you paint with paint shed will not work in TS2010 (and probably not in TS12 either) without a LOT of fixing in content manager, and the end result won't really be worth it.

You're really truly sincerely much better off if you learn how to clone TS2010 or TS12 models and paint them with a graphics program;
