Paging Brook

I have been trying to use your very nice Land Rovers on a new route but have run into a small problem that you might be able to help me with.

As I click an asset down onto the surface of the board the type changes, which isn't too bad, I just selected the ones I wanted and shifted those over and deleted the others. But on closing the route and reopening it looks as if the vehicles run a random selection so are not the same ones I put in.

I really wanted some marked as RN (Royal Navy) in both blue and deep army green that will stay put and not change. I wondered that if you had a bit of spare time you would be kind enough to do a couple for me please?

If you want to see the area they will be in I can take a screenie for you, just let me know.

Bless you,

Angela

I think the type selection is controlled by the menu accessible from the ? button. You'll have to save a session for Trainz to remember which one you selected, as these settings are not remembered in the map file.

It was a saved session.... I caught it as it was going down for the third time!

I'll jab the ? button and see what appears, never thought of that. But it still wouldn't put RN on the side of the Rover though... so still Paging like mad.

Tanks or thanks?

Angela, I'm loving those tanks! :udrool:

Sorry, hadda toss that in... back to paging now!

Oh, the tanks on my site... you can buy all as kits except the Challenger which I hand built and they are all in 1:16 scale full radio control which of course includes the ability to drive like a real one although you can get in it, gun elevation/depression and recoil, turret rotation, main and machine guns firing, the main has a high tension wire and some gizmo at the end which creates a bright flash and the MG is a bit of fibre optic plastic stuff (sorry if I am getting too technical... ha ha), and the whole lot with full sound effects. Great for big boys toys... and small girls too!
Had the Leopard out last weekend and the Peter Bilt truck and trailer as well.

Got the Land Rovers to stay put with colour but no sign of Brook coming forward to help with a bit of lettering. Oh well, can't have everything...

Blessings,

Angela
