Ozark Valley/Dave Snow

Get over it
Nice route Dave. It looks to be well thought out and you have a nice eye for detail. I'm just getting started in 2010 so I'm still on the learning curve. Appears to be many possible industries available. I will change some to meet my needs but other than a few minor tweaks it's ready to go. I seem to be missing just three items. First screen-what bridge kuid? Second screen-I think it's a fence that I need and the third screen-green walkways need to be attached to something. Thanks for your route and help.

Found my problem. I didn't have the compatability box checked. The only missing now is that object in #2 with the white lines. Any help? Yes, I checked CMP for dependencies and no problems.

Thank you so much for your kind words about my Ozark Valley route.

It appears the missing dependency is the "Fence-3 bar" by railcentre, which (in my version of TS2010) is Built-in and is Kuid:

<kuid:133671:50010>

Hope this will help finish out the missing Kuids!

BTW, I am currently working on Ozark Valley Version 2.0. This second version will have 40+ additional miles of track; a 20 mile north and 20 mile south addition, which will be the BNSF line and connected to the main UP east-west line. Also, the main line will have numerous siding and signal corrections, added crossing sidings, a few new industries, and other corrections & additions. The new 40+ mile additions will have some more small towns and additional industries.... plus whatever else I can dream up!

Hopefully, this new Version 2.0 will also be 99% Built-in content. But if I need to add a couple non built-in buildings, I will!!:p

Happy Trainzings! And if you wanna post screenshots of my Ozark Valley route, there's a thread here!

Thanks again,

Great route Dave. I downloaded it but it was too much route for my modest system. Took about 4-5minutes to load and then ran about 4 FPS.. I am getting a better graphics card and hoping it helps.

Thanks, Tom. Hope the new graphics card helps, too.

Hey Dave, I'm still trying to get familiar with your route, configuring some industries to fit my needs and making some very small changes BUT some of those sharp curves are driving me nuts. I'm posting this here with the idea that other route builders may think about this as they build their routes. I use wellcars, centerbeams and mostly 50 ft boxcars so a curve that these cars can use and look somewhat realistic is needed. You mentioned that you are in the process of expanding this route, I hope I'm not too late with this. This is the only criticism that I have with this route but I'm working around it. I'm really enjoying the route. Thanks.
