overhangs!

I don't think you can from the baseboard itself. The intersections on the 10 meter square grid can only be moved vertically. To get an overhang you would need to move some of them horizontally.

One possibility is to make the overhanging cliff as a scenery item in gmax, texture it to look like rock then position it so the overhang is over the track.

Ben is right; I know that in the Modula City route that comes with TC1&2, there's a spline that reaches completely over the track.

PROTIP: It's not an incredibly prototypical design for mainlines, at least, the crews that built the line would have probably removed womething like that in order to prevent it falling on the track.

thanks for the tip ben! and I would like to know how to the overhang spline.:'(:'(without buying modula city.:eek:

Or learn G-Max. It wouldn't be difficult; just a textured box shaped like a cliff face. We always have room for another content creator.

 Claude

Here's your answer! You can't!! Like they already said!!! Use a snowshed!!!! Pile rocks and bushes on the top!!!!!:o

Now, be nice, Eupy. He can do it with a little G-max practice. He just needs the right scenery items to give the right effect.

WHhat where those kuids for?

Probably the same reason why you post random smily faces. such as :eek::o:o:'(:'( It's just kinda pointless. Smileys should only be used when nessisary and even then, probably only one is necissary.

Nah, c'mon...

...why use one smiley when you can use ten? Why post a subject with a question mark at the end, when using four or five REALLY gets our attention! And exclamation points...fuhgetaboutit!!!!! They make a topic so exciting, so very seductive that the average user cannot help but open it, even if the topic is so inane as to breach the limits of sanity!

Oh, and posting with a subject line like "Help me!!!!!!!!!!!!" or "How can I????" really, REALLY piques our interest. It's like "Trainz-Nip"!!!

Communication through Forums such as these has transcended basic mechanics and has become high art indeed! Welcome to the closest we shall ever come to TMZ, MTV, Paris Hilton and Cartoon Network all rolled into one!!!!

Brilliant!

I realize you can't see me right now, but the fact that I am wearing neither leather chaps nor an embroidered cowboy shirt should be sufficient to dispel the notion that I am a "dude".

Posting for help is always accepted, but you may find you will receive far more answers if you post the nature of your question in the thread title or subject line. "Help me!!!!!!!" may be ignored by many who have seen these types of threads come and go for many years.;)
