This site is easy to copy for the 1km basemaps. Just click the center square and save. It fits straight onto the basemap as saved, no cutting.

It would be great if you could get these old 1 inch OS maps into TransDEM. That way they'd be directly 'painted' onto the baseboards. But how to do it?![]()
You need to download the 1km basemap from the DLS. Open the folder and you will see an image file. Replace that image with yours making sure you use exactly the same type,size and name for your image. Once installed you find it in the object section.
