One More Still On Amtrak's Roster???????

According to the website rrpicturearchives.net they state that F40PH nuber 406 is still on Amtrak's roster, but is out of service. Is this true?
P.S. I know this is the fourth thread I posted, but I haven't been busy so I'm free right know.

on the bottom it says 60 f40h being rebuilt?i don't know if it is the same type of loco or what?i wouldn't really know?Can someone help?

I believe Amtrak still has a few F40PH's being used. A few days ago I saw one pulling a train of Horizon coaches :Y::clap: WOOT!
