Old and new content question

I recently started using TRAINZ 2010, and have just started looking at the Download Station. A lot of content items are labled as included in the game that are not part of my installation. My guess is that these came with earlier versions, but I can't be sure. At any rate, if I try to download them, the DS indicates that I already have them, even though I do not. Is there some way to obtain this older content? Would it work with 2010?
