Odney Manor problems

I get these errors with skipper1945's odney manor.

This is one of skipper1945's older models that needs updating to be compatible with TS12. It's on his list of models needing updating and he will get round to it eventually. I have tinkered with the model to try to make it compatible with TS12 but no can do.
