NYC 2-8-2 train not showing up.

I recently purchased trainz 2012 and have found that the NYC 2-8-2 tender shows up, but not the actuall engine its self. Any help to solve this problem would be gretaly appreciated! :'(

So, of the entire train, only the tender shows up?? Are you using a built in consist? If so, does it show up seperatly?

Most likely the engine or it's dependencies have faults that need to be repaired in order to show up in 2012. Bring the engine up in CMP and click on view errors/warnings to see what needs fixing.

The train itself does not show up in the CMP at all, but the tender does.

Then you are probably not searching correctly. To bring up the loco use the "locomotive" filter under category and 2-8-2 or NYC under "name" .
