NS Pittsburgh Sub (Large Pics)

@ Corey

It's going to be from JR, which means they (JR) will either ignore your question completely, or tell you that they have a policy of not giving out release dates...ever. I believe the only exception is when they have a bunch of stuff done, and are planning a release on a specific day, but that is very rare.

Not to sound mean or anything. I'm just very blunt and direct. Everyone is drooling over this route, so they are probably going to take extra time to make sure it's as perfect as they can make it.

Pretty much what he said is spot on. Sorry guys, we dont rush good stuff like this!

This route is coming out sooo nice and realistic. I hope the route gets extended to Pittsburgh. I like looking at the screenshots so much that I added it to my favorites. Can't wait until the route is complete. Also, can it by any chance get downloaded for Trainz 2009/2010?

Nice Horeshoe Curve. It is that route of what had been the Pennsylvania Railroad. Then Penn Central. Then Conrail. And now, Norfolk Southern.

So you're possibly extend it west from Gallitzen. Please extend it to Pittsburgh!! I would love to see what Pittsburgh looks like on trainz! Also, great job on the route!! Keep it up! By the way, in regards to the Horseshoe Curve, I wouldn't put a P.C. GP as the display. The real Horseshoe Curve display is an ex-Pennsylvania Railroad GP9 in black and yellow paint.

Yeah, well for the Tehachapi Route. It goes from the Bay Area ALL the way down to L.A. That is way bigger than Altoona to Pittsburgh.

Very nice winter shot! Just alittle feedback. I think most intermodels in Pennsylvania have all lower stack containers. but still, nice photo.

Gondolas with graffiti. Graffiti is illegal, and you can go to jail 4 3 years 4 using graffiti. The only way 2 get rid of graffiti is 2 paint ovr it.

Your thinking CSX I think. NS is entirely double stack compliant throughout the state of Pennsylvania on at least their rails. CSX on the other hand is still catching up to this and is in some places stuck with single stack.

Yeah, you're right. I am thinking about NS, though. CSX only uses the single stacks for the low tunnels on Amtrak's NEC. Norfolk Southern, I have only seen single stacks when I went to the Horseshoe Curve over spring break.
