Nice Shotz as always Scratchy.. I got to go check my yard now though, some how my CR "Desert Storm" unit got shipped to the Pittsburgh line! :cool: Look good!
 
A bit high on the horsepower to weight ratio dont you think? Great pic, and I am looking forward to this route being released. It wont run on my current comp, but I hope to have another by the time it is released.

Loco's run light up and down the grade, for power movements of needed helpers all the time. It is not uncommon to see 10 locos running light, all the way from Pittsburgh to Harrisburg. Often times there are spur of the moment, mis-sorts of rolling stock, that tag along short consists. There also is a Altoona Shifter that is commonly a very short train.

Actually the above pic is short about 6 more SD80MACs. Its not uncommon for there to be 6 or so 80MACs and like 4 cars coming to Cresson from South Fork. They'll bring them up there like that for refueling at the Cresson Facility.
