Ok, so Auran has had my money for very nearly 3 weeks now and the order status still shows its gray 'in process' tag. Not even the green 'processing, but not shipped'. That pretty well sinks their chance of getting it to me in the promised "3 days to 3 weeks" eh?

What I'd like to know is: how long is 3 weeks in Trainz time?

How long is it going to be before they actually do ship me my TS2004/Ts2010 bundle? :(
 
I really think that if we order something we should get it a shipped notice within 3 weeks...come on Auran.

This kind of stuff makes me hold out even longer...waiting to purchase the 2011 version.

Do you want our money Auran ?...or do you want to declare bankruptcy ?
Would you take my $119 for a FCT and then go out of business ?

I am willing to pay out nearly $150 to Auran...but not to a failed company that doesn't deliver products or services.

Now now kids, calm down. Try contacting Auran first before you make another wingey winey thread on the community forum. What steps have you taken so far to resolve your issue?
 
You should also have seen the postings in this very forum about faulty DVD's and downloads. If they seem to be reluctant to send you your product, just remember that they might want to get it right rather than fast.

Are you implying that they're incapable of getting it right AND fast? Good thing for them that they're not in business in the U.S.! In any case, I'll wait for the 3 weeks to run out and then complain (and no, not IF it doesn't show up...).

No he is saying that they may be changing them to the latest upgraid which would be SP2.;)

If you do have trouble with an order, please contact the helpdesk using the link at the top of the forums (or the shop) pages.

We are starting to catch up on the tickets. We are also trying to keep on top of tickets regarding orders, although some will slip through.

In this case, some orders became 'stuck' in the system. As these were mixed in with orders that did not process at all, it's difficult for us to work out which was which. As such, we have to rely on the customer to contact us for these orders.

Once the order is shipped, then it should arrive between 3 days and 3 weeks (please keep in mind that it will be shipped from within Australia).
