Instead of Looking for Buildings, Click the Big Button to the Right of the Buildings Button, and You'll Find "SPLINES".

There's plenty of Roads in Thar! :hehe:

My apologies: you said "in game" and I thought "DLS". They are on the DLS.

You can get traffic cones, barakades and traffic barrels from the DLS.
You can also get various other road work related assets on Ianz Trainz
