Hey guys I'm Dominic :wave: I have been around since the very first verson way back when. Wasn't that active on the forums though (I was12) but went to the open day thing arun had years ago in Brisbane. Anyway, Im not really understanding how the download station is worked nowdays cause 10 yrs ago it was free to use and such. Is that still the case or is it like Itunes some free some one needs to pay for? I know it sounds like a noob queston lol. Feels good to be having a break for the Call Of Duty world and get back intouch with my hobby :cool: Cheers Dom
 
Hey Dom, welcome back. The DLS still has a free server, but versions before 2009 are no longer supported. The free server is very busy, so most who want to download are either frustrated or buying a FCT.
 
After you buy it, you have to activate it, make sure to reset your password (start up CM and delete your password, exit CM, open CM and enter your password again) and you should be able to use it immediately.:)
