I emailed TPR about updating the Tidewater Point Rail Route for TS12 and if they would let me do it. I emailed them days ago and have not received a response yet.
 
Ok, if this is so, i have another option!!!!
Every person who wants the Route has to send me an email and get a link!!
(that's no release :D :P)

I think this route will become something you would call 'vaporware':'(

I sent an email to TPR a few days ago, got no answer. I talked with Blakedooley, he asked TPR a few WEEKS ago and got no reply too.
Without permission I can't release Washington - New London, I'm very sorry about this but there is no other chance :(

Maybe I try to ask N3V about it, because the route was TS12 Builtin (Wilmington- Philadelphia)

If I get no answer, It will never be released :'(

Very sorry to hear this. Did you use N3V customer support? If so, it may be a while before they get back to you. I posted a thread in DLS/FCT Support on your behalf. If the community responds positively, I'll let you know.
 
thanks amtrak2041864, but i think the route is not for you :S it is trainz 12 only, a few people tried it in ts9&10: 124 unknown dependencies and a few hundred errors (including the seasonal textures)

I found the Tidewater Point Rail on the DLS. I'm going to download it when I get home from school. (Currently on the bus lol)

To clarify, the Download Station upload agreement requires you to give N3V Games permission to include any upload to the Download Station in a future release.

As it is, you are using a route that is included in a full edition of Trainz, and as such would require our permission to release this. Technically, you did not make all of the route, since you are including another person's route in your route (and would be redistributing that section of route in your route).

However, we will not give permission to release outside of the Download Station, since this could possibly allow people with other editions of Trainz (who may not have purchased an edition that includes the original route) to use the route, which is something we wish to avoid... It also makes it difficult for other users to gain access to the release...

This project is now official cancelled, i don't build it up or release it. i want to say 'thank you' to all the persons who helped me to build 300 miles of this wonderful route. I'm very sorry about this, i might cry
But I had much fun to build this route, it was one of the best things I've ever made in my life.
And to all the people who liked my project and looked forward to drive on it, I want to say that there are other things in life which are more important, but I relly thank you for your support, that was why I decided lots of time to build it up after i stopped it

Special thanks to my Friends Tim, Mark, Superlaku and Blake
And to the persons who helped me in all situations: PerRock, Jbartus, Scottbe8, Gregorygrice, acela1a, drchoi21 and ATSF854

I wish you all a good time with trainz, I want to say good bye to all of you, it was a great time and the first and only time I had contact to people who have the same hobbies

I've worked so hard for it, 13 hours a day every Friday, saturday and Sunday and this 7 months long!!!
I don't know what to do now, I think I leave trainz and go to Railworks -.-

They're saying exactly what I thought they would say. You can upload it, but only on the DLS. A while ago you were saying that the DLS was its ultimate destination. You can still post a link on your site that redirects to the appropriate page on the DLS.

But If i upload it, I loose all rights on my own 300 miles, and this is exactly what i don't want! :S

Wrong. Uploading to the DLS does not negate all your rights. It merely adds Auran as a co-owner of the content. There is a huge difference there.

Yes, really. By saying you are giving all your rights to Auran, you are denying co-ownership of the material. As a co-owner, you still retain many of the rights you had to begin with, and more users will have access to the content.

Of course, it is perfectly alright if you wish instead to scrap the Phil-Wilmington section and start that again from scratch. This will remove any doubt of your ownership of the route and rights to post it wherever you want.
