North American Concrete Tie Procedural Track

Has anyone attempted to create North American concrete tie (sleeper) procedural track for Trainz 2019 or 2022? Below is an link to a document has a photo of a North American turnout (switch) using concrete ties (sleepers).

Sorry for bumping this thread. I am looking for the same for a TANE route conversion. I need both Concrete and Wood ties with similar ballast colors and pbr ground textures. What did you find and or end up using?
