I recently reinstalled trainz and had to back up my Custom Content.

I have Lielestobrat's Rebuilt Merchant Navies installed but when I came back to use them after backing up and reinstalling my content, the Headcode HMTL does not appear when I open the Merchant Navy's HTML popup window as iit should. I have tried re-downloading the HTML and the Loco, but nothing happend. Any advice on fixing this?
