Eyes On The Rails
Hey guys!
Back in June, I went to Hamilton, NJ which is an NJT station. When I got there I saw about three trains and then a cop shows up. He asked what I was doign and why and I said that I was just videoing trains for fun. He told me that I couldn't do that and I needed to leave the station. So I just left instead of arguing with him cause any nitwit knows not to argue with a cop. But here is the kicker. I went home and searched if I needed a permit to video on NJ Transit property. And I found three websites saying I don't and a letter from NJT saying that I don't. Here they are...http://www.modelingwiki.com/index.php?title=Photography_permit#Transportation_Systems http://www.nycsubway.org/wiki/Subway_FAQ:_Photo_Permit_Information and http://www.thejoekorner.com/njt-photo-ok-letter.shtm
But these sites were updated in 2005. So that is where I don't know if I need one or not.
