Hello guys could anyone reskin the GP7 into this scheme (its a request because I like the GP7 in this scheme.)

These were the old workhorses that the CNJ inherited right to the end and were retired from passenger service in 1982 and effectively retired around the early 1990's and 5681 (1523) and 5902 (1524) survive today.
