Anyone know if there is a Niddertalbahn TS12 route on the DLS that is not a multi player version? Ibe serarch for one but may have missed it and only found Multiplayer versions. Im looking for a single player version that will run in 2012. Thanks

go into surveyor in the session then in edit session scroll down until you see the mulitplayer then delete it from the session then save it as a new route so you don't lose the mulitplayer version now this can only be used for your use only if you want it to be uploaded to the DLS you'll have to get the rights from the owner of the route or get him/she to upload it themselfs

A route never is multiplayer.
Yes, some people give it the multiplayer name but that is only because they tried to optimize the route for multiplayer.
The route is just a route, the session decides if something is multiplayer or not.

Having mentioned that: If you want a multiplayer session to be only used by you for single player, you could do what boomer mentioned or just start it as a multiplayer session and put a password on it that nobody knows.

I thought I had it sussed but I find all the ones on the DLS are actually sessions. The Route was very good in 2010 especially if you changed the season to a summer month and eliminated all the bare trees but it didnt go well in 12. for me when transfered ober with the .ja files. Doing a search it would now appear that its now a payware route. There is a forum in German dedicated to it so if anyone can be more helpful and tell me wheer I can buy it would appreaciate it. Ive had a major HD crash and have to re install and rebuild my Trains files again and one of the things that went and I have forgotten was where to fingand how to pit the Translate symbol on the browser page. Any help on this one also?
Cheers

what do you mean by you had trouble with join 2010 & 2012 together all you need to do is copy all the ja files in the built-in folder from 2010 in to the same folder in 2012 then go in to 2012 & in the options add your 2010 key in there along side your 2012 key then do at EDR then all the built-in content from 2010 will now be in your 2012 version & working fine

Thank you Peter. Have downloaded it and just need to sort out the mulitplayer business'

Boomer re your post 'what do you mean by you had trouble with join 2010 & 2012 together all you need to do is copy all the ja files in the built-in folder from 2010 in to the same folder in 2012 then go in to 2012 & in the options add your 2010 key in there along side your 2012 key then do at EDR then all the built-in content from 2010 will now be in your 2012 version & working fine'

I actually did that but for some reason always had trouble running Niddertalbahn. I had changed the season in the game to eliminate the leafless look of the trees so that they all displayed leaves and saved it, but when the route was used it always froze up and usually crashed the game. It was the only one that did of the ones transfered over from 10 to 12
so must have been some small thing wrong somewhere. However not worry. Now that I need to re-install everything again its no longer an issue and thanks to Peter's help above, I now have the 2012 version anyway. Just need to apply your fix to sort the multiplayer. Cheers

Every time I deleted the multiplayer function from commands and tried to load the session Trainz crashed.
Do you have to create a session from scratch? I was trying to use existing mp session.

did you re-save it as a new session or did you save over the old session?

thats doesn't sound right it should work unless there are other rules there that works along side the multiplayer rule that i don't know about have a look & so what it's using may pay to del the rules in the session & start freash :)

Boomer, do you have Niddertalbahn in Ts 12 and run it with multiplayer switched off as you detail or are you applying the logic and the rules of trains that should normally apply? I'm not trying to be smart and appreciate your help and responses if you are suggesting what the norm is, however I have had trouble with this route when changing it from 10 to 12 and wonder if there is an inherent glitch with it
Do you use it and do you have it in your stable of routes in 2012? If so we really need to work on this to sort the problem Its an excellent European route but need to get it right for single player
Cheers

Did the same thing to it, only got a message once cleared all ok, I actually made a new session as well adding Locos , stock and railbuses just no electric items, best thing about TS12 is the industries can be set up at Route level so you can do this with out lots of extra work setting industries and setting anything else that needs it. German layots are always so nice, downloading what ever else i can find to run on it. You tell if its the old version no factory on siding going north from first loop out of Bad Vilbel will be missing if not TS12. When I downloaded this it was about 1 gig, layot and session but had already downloaded the V60/90/100 locos.

Keep up the great work
Tom

Hi, I cant quite understand from your post whether you downloaded a 2010 version into 2012, or downloaded a 2012 version. Obviously you have had success with it. If it was a 2012 version would you mind putting the kuid number up here so that I can then find it on the DLS? Thanks
