Newer Version Available

So what do I do to get the newer version?

You have the version from 2014. There is a 2021 version. Since its payware, I'd check for updates in Content Store (Accessible from the launcher).

Or, Right Click, view Assets versions and hopefully there will be a higher version available for download, if there isn't it will be in a DLC you haven't got so you can just ignore it and the existing version will just work as normal, have to live with the annoying New version available labels.

I think it's part of the Midwestern Branch. I'll update it and see if that fixes everything. I still probably won't be able to change the freaking hornsound though....

I've got this same thing with a few of my engines that are also payware. One example is my CNW C40-8 I purchased not long ago. I'm afraid if I update it, it becomes payware and I can't edit it.

You can ignore the Content Manager status for payware. If there is an update for your owned content it will show in Content Store > Updates.

If the update is in another DLC pack you don't own or for a different platform (mobile) it won't be available.

There's a design to resolve this issue that we need to find some time to add to the schedule.

I Downloaded and it scrapped the asset by making it obsolete!
It at least worked before I did that.
