new trainz 2022 platinum sale question

Hi. I cannot seem to get the folks at NV3 to answer this as my email keeps getting filtered out. I understand too why, as they must be bombarded by emails. Nno Worries. Maybe they are here.
If I buy the 2022 Plat program now at 17.50, is that still subject to the yearly subscription rates, or is that now an ownership forever more at that price please?

TRS22 (both versions) is NOT a subcription product. You pay for it once and it is yours to keep.

Trainz Plus is the subscription product.
