New NKP berkshire S-2 wont allow a whistle change

I find it rather disappointing that people who paid for this set are not allowed to go in and change the horn to their pleasure. I know this is locked because people are afraid of letting people export the CDP, but honestly if I dont like the whistle shouldn't I be able to go in and fix it myself.. ?

You can't do this at this time due to the new DRM with SP1 and up. The developers said they are working on a solution to allow users to modify but not upload content. There is, however, no ETA on this effort at this time.
