New JR customer

I have registered with Jointed Rail, so I can now browse their store. I tried to get something from the freeware section, and was able to put it in my wishlist. Unfortunately, I can not add it to my cart, which I assume I must do to download it - I get an error message that says "unable to add the following product(s) to shopping cart: {product name}. I am accepting all cookies and do not have pop-ups blocked. Any suggestions?

you don't add it to your cart, you just find the loco/car you want, click on the thumbnail image, and poof, there are the dl links.
