New Drivers picture not appearing

I created a new driver with Content Creator Plus, but when i put down some track & put a train on it & set my new driver for it, when i tryed to drive it the little square where the drivers face would be was white with no picture.
If anybody can help me solve this problem it would be very helpful

In CMP find one of the auran drivers and open the con fig file. Check yours against that to see what you may have missed off.

Getting frustrated

i tryed but i am still having a problem. Can anyone help me change .jpg files into tga file or give me some instruction on how to make a new driver & if picture files can be used & the extentions. Could you also let me knoe the size of picture i need to use.
