New ATLS Stop Lights

Does anyone know where i can find an overhead stop light that has five lights that looks like this and works with ATLS?

Well its been a year (bump) and it's time for me to get this done myself. So how would one start to make a stoplight that is pretty much exactly the same as the stoplight by boat just instead of 3 vertical lights, there are 5? (By the way, I have no modeling experience)
