New Aircraft

I am not sure Alberte, but I looked at the IberTrainz site yesterday for it :)

Either yourself or Frank Dean was my thought but I am not sure :)

Hope things are well with yourself :)

Excellent model, you will see it in my earlyer posts of Wellington airport.

Thanks Gordon, just found out I have it.

That goes to show how good my memory is and I am not that old yet :hehe:

Love the airport bits and pieces. Could we have a spline version of the runway with the ends but without the runway numbers? (I know the tracks wont be available as in the object version) and some turnouts from runway to taxi way to use with it?
Cant stop planes from derailing on the object runway when turning off.

:hehe: Good old Craig has a problem with his memory and... Ishie :hehe:

;) Gordon is well-aware of the whereabouts of good stuff ;)

The winner is... Ishiiiieeeeeeeee. :hehe:

The :p side of Alberte :wave:

I'm using runway, runway intersections and ends from minitrix and also the runway number item, this is configurable.

As for your derailment problem make sure your departure turn is not to sharp doesn't take much.

Gordon

my memory is not that good Alberte, I have 481690 files at 35.4GB in my local folder. What i find helps is anything interesting i drop on to a storage area on my baseboard and only take it off when i'm sure i have no use for it.
I'll put up a pix off wellington yard with my storage area on the right.

I do have minitrix content but vulcans runway is wider and more suitable for what im using. The derailment is on the runway asset which has the track fixed already.

Ian,

Love the aircraft. One that I would like to see that would go well with any Australian Country route/layout would be a Royal Flying Doctor Pilatus PC12.

Keep up the good work. It is really appreciated.

Regards,
Warren.

Any type of Pilatus in Swiss colours would be very much appreciated along with a hi-detail Alouette helo (and if possible a Junkers JU 52 :))

Air Force 1

Just to add to the debate - Air Force One or Marine One is a call sign given to any Aircraft when the President is on Board Air Force 2 and Marine 2 are used for the Vice President. There is no set 747 that is AF1 in fact there is 2 two 747's both the same that can take on this role at any one. Plus a 3rd spare that can be into service at very short notice

When the the President came to Australia they flew both the 747's one using AF1 and the other AF2 a third 747 was used by staff and the press. Nobody was told which of the offical 747's the big guy was infact on.

The other famous 767 is Ed Force 1 as used by Bruce Dickenson and the boys

The dock is 1.7km long, i'll set up a couple of shots with some of Ian's heli's

Gordon

Look forward to it Gordon. I always seem to have issues designing a large yard like you have at your port. Gives me some inspiration and ideas looking at yours.

Cheers

Trent

Same as marine one Bearcat, the 3 super stallions are identical from the exterior and they change positions every 3 or 4 minutes
eg
M1= the boss' chopper
M2= that's classified
M3= That too

Stagecoach is correct, the turn off curve on the runways is a little too sharp for the Hercules and the A380, they can derail. I must have altered the bogey position and front connection points to accommodate the pushback tractor, after I unloaded the runways. This has made the aircraft unstable on the tight radii.

New versions of the runways have been uploaded.

I have uploaded a new version of the pushback tractor to allow for two digit running numbers as suggested by Gordon.

The models are approved and will be available tomorrow.
