Boeing 737-3S1 Toll

Hi folks,
I've been lacking motivation to do re-skins of late. Other distractions...

Here's a request from a while back from Joe (goanna).

There's usually one of these cargo jets parked next to the Qantas Link FIFO birds at Perth Airport.

I detected a small defect on the China Airlines aircraft main gear doors. You will be obliged to reload it. Sorry for that.

Boeing 737-7DT (BBJ) RAAF - A36-002

My mojo is back a bit of late folks. I got bogged down trying to upgrade my Jazz Aviation Dash 8-311 fleet & lost motivation. I've put them to the side for now & have instead, decided to upgrade a lengthy list of Boeing 737s. Most of these are not even startup spec & need complete re-painting because the models have been refurbished. Besides, the constant turbine whine is more than a bit annoying in-game.

I figured I'd start with the Australian variants because there aren't too many of them. No. 1 is Malcolm's Taxi, the B737-7DT business jet operated by the RAAF. Last time I uploaded this aircraft to DLS, it was Tony's taxi..... Those who are up to scratch with Aussie politics will know what I'm on about.

There is another in the RAAF B737 family these days & it isn't the Wedgetail with the surfboard on the roof.

Boeing P-8A Poseidon RAAF

Late last year, the Australian Government started to take delivery of the new generation of maritime surveillance aircraft.

P-8A%20Poseidon%2002_zps97ysp8ws.jpg

The long lived Orion's have finally run out of lives with issues with high air-frame hours and lack of capacity for the current on board electronics. It will be sad to see the end these extraordinary variants of the Lockheed Electra but they've had an exceptional run.
So let us welcome the Boeing P-8A Poseidon to the RAAF; the aircraft that will be tasked, more than any other, with protecting the vast Australian coastline.

This is a new re-paint based on the US Navy model by Vulcan.

Changing my mind from modern airliners: I went to a small fighter of the WW2, recently updated by Ian.

This is the CAC Boomerang, build in Australia. I made 3 aircrafts with different codes, so that you can display them easily.

Aircrafts of the RAAF 5th squadron, based at Piva airfield, Bougainville, New Guinea, early 1945. Type CA13 or CA19, according to serial number.

Hi Gordon,

Sorry for that.

Hi,

Another Junkers Ju52: this one is civil, belonging to the Lufthansa.
She is known to have opened a route between Berlin and China in 1937, flying above the Himalaya mountains.
