The next aircraft are the Russian Mig-29 Fulcrums, two paint schemes, now available on the DLS.
The aircraft of course fire the missiles, you can choose which ones are mounted to the hardpoints, from a selection of Russian missiles.
I have set these up for carrier operations similar to the FA-18 Hornet, so they have a number of animations activated by keys or the Aircraft Action Trigger. This is the aircraft flaring for landiing and deploying the rear parachute. Yes I know that is an American design chute, but what the heck, perhaps they had to hire one.

You can use the scenery object Aircraft carrier Nimitz for the the Migs, but that is possibly stretching the friendship.
The next aircraft will be versions of the Bell 206 Jetranger, I had a request for those in the American Air Evac air medical service colours, so a few versions including static will be available by tomorrow.

As for aircraft ... are there alot of assets that do not show up in TRS2006 ?
The Qantas Concorde has been uploaded.
Since September last year all uploads to the DLS have to be build 2.8 minimum, for Trainz Classics, so yes there are a lot of recent releases that are not for build 2.6. Sorry you will have to upgrade to a higher build than TRS2006 to have access, as I understand.
The Bell 206 Jetrangers are now available.
One version is the Australian Westpac rescue with operating winch.
This is one of the static models.

I am still thinking on the Blackhawks, there will be two Australian models, I have not animated the missiles, I think Australia perhaps cannot afford to waste a lot of mssiles by firing them, so may release it as is.
The next aircraft will be models of the Executive jet, Bombardier Challenger 600 (Canadair) aircraft, I think also that PatriciaB asked for a model in Rega colours. The models should allow a few reskins. Here is an unusual one for Qatar Airway.

Hi Ian and everyone. I have not been around for a few weeks due to illness (getting better now though), but I am quite impressed with the quality of content being produced and the continued interest in this thread.
For Ian, I have a problem which I am not sure how to solve. This applies to the Bell Start Up sound and the errors are;
Error: The Tag 'engine-sound-ramp-up-durations' is not permitted within a container of type 'enginesound'.
Error: The Tag 'engine-sound-ramp-down-durations' is not permitted within a container of type 'enginesound'.
Any ideas on what I can do ?

Hi Craig,
These tags have been used since the very early versions of Trainz. If the eight individual files required for the different speed sounds are of a different length, you specify each length in the tags. This makes Trainz play the correct length of sound with smooth transitions.
The supposed error popped up in TS10 if I am correct, and of course may stop the files from working. It does not show errors in earlier versions or TS12, so appears to be a case of broken code in TS10.
If you want to use them in TS10, just remove those tags from the sound file and re-commit. The sound may not be as smooth but should work. Another case of not being able to issue a model that works correctly in all versions.
Pascal, I will probably issue only two or three models of the Bombardiers, Qatar, Raga, perhaps another, so there should be many other reskins for you to try.

Awesome! I've been hoping the Canadair RJ's would appear eventually.
Any chance the longer CRJ-200 & CRJ-700 versions are not far away? It could mean I can retire my Air Canada Jazz Gulfsteams & replace them with the CRJs.
