CRJ-200 (mimmic) - Air Canada Jazz

Taking off from YVR is my latest reskin, an Air Canada Jazz CRJ-200. And yes you're correct, it's in fact one of Vulcan's Gulfstreams dressed up to look like a CRJ. This is the first of a number of AC Jazz reskins I'm working on. Most will be Dash 8 variants but there will be 3 Gulfstreams including this one plus green & orange versions. This red one should be available on DLS in the next day or so.

Now for a bit of a teaser........

The airframe painters at Air Canada in Vancouver have been busy with a Dash 8-100 & are pushing it back out of the hanger so it can be sent back into service.

This is the first of a number of Dash 8s to be repainted with Air Canada Jazz livery & brought into service with the Trainz aircraft fleet. You should see them start to appear on DLS in the coming week or so.

Dahs 8-100 - Air Canada Jazz

Dawn in Vancouver & three freshly painted Dash 8-100 aircraft are preparing for a day of short hops to various destinations in British Columbia. The green one is sheduled for a very short flight across to Sydney then Nainimo on Vancouver Island. The others are off on the 'milk run' to a number small towns in the heart of the province before returning to Vancouver.

Later on in the day the regional aircraft terminal at YVR is busy with flight operations.

All three colour variants of the short pattern Jazz Dash 8s are now available on Download Station.

Just when I thought this thread was starting to go quiet........

I uploaded a sneaky reskin recently of the Boeing 767 in Air Canada livery. This was based on Maynard's one but I felt it needed a darker shade of green (please don't take offence Maynard). I've made a start on the A320 as well, but haven't quite cleaned it up as yet.

I see another aircraft in the background of one of your shots. Is that a C-141 Starlifter or more likley the wider bodied C-17 Globemaster? Any chance of seeing that one on DLS?
