A loco such as EMD SD40T-2 UP #2944,<kuid:473973:100539> is quite suitable for use with the tutorial mentioned above. The artwork has been labelled to help in identifying what the segments are, which is very helpful. However, if you want to remove the "UNION PACIFIC" there will be some work in repairing the underlying bodywork and in re-smoothing the existing shading. The clone tool is very useful for removing the name - use a size of about 6, put the painting brush immediately above the copying brush, and brush using horizontally strokes, moving up from top to bottom with each stroke. Then come back and repair any detail you painted over. Use a similar technique, but working from left to right, to overwrite the large colured number panels. In this case, because the shading runs top to bottom, working horizontally preserves that shading. Note that antialiasing should be Enabled for this to work smoothly - that seems the wrong way around to me, but it works. Once you have the name and numbering removed, you can look at recolouring the body.
You could look at the other SD40t-2 that are available, but they all seem invovle about the same work to get rid of the existing naming.
