Need To Message a BMP Image?

I have been getting an error at various times and conditions. It contains a list of binary elements which have no meaning to me. I have a BMP of the error but I do not know how to insert it into a message for N3V Tech? In fact I cannot even find a program to display it to verify its contents.

You could host the BMP picture on a hosting site, then post it here, or provide a hosted link to it for the techs to view it.

Windows Paint will open and edit .bmps. The N3V trouble ticket has a button to upload images, toward the end. You just click the button, hunt down and select the image and click "okay" (or whatever it is.)
