Need help with TRS2006

Hey guys,
Im having a problem with TRS2006. Whenever I try to move a control in the cab by clicking on it, nothing happens. How can I make a control move when I click on it?

Would also have better results by specifying WHICH ENGINE. For example I say "my train won't move in cab mode", others say "unable to duplicate, my train moves fine" but we're using two different trains.

Instead I say;

RS3 - CN,<kuid2:87145:9901:1>

will not move in cab mode, someone else tries that same engine and says yep, won't move for me either, then you can go from there to figure out why.

No idea how many SD70s there are, how about a KUID number?

Follow that guide, copy and paste the KUID of the engine you're having trouble with in a post, someone can check it out. I assume it's only one engine, have you tried other engine types and the controls slide correctly in those?

Are you sure you are not in DCC mode as you cannot move the controls in this driver control method?
Check for a black dial in the top right corner.
