A few days ago I bought Trainz: The Complete Collection (TRZ, TRZ04, and TRZ06). For Trains 06 I have to download something called .NET Framework and it won't work because it isn't compatible with a previous program that was installed. I don't know what the program is. Does anyone know what I should do?

Microsoft .NET Framework should be on the disk or you can download it from microsoft's website:

what version of windows have you got? and did your PC tell you what the previous program was called?

I have Windows XP and it says the pevious installed version isn't compatible or something like that.Hello

There are three or four versions of .NET Framework. If different programs require different versions of .NET Framework, then all of them must be installed, not just the one with the highest version number. The different versions of .NET Framework co-exist on the same computer ok, hard disk space permitting of course.

I'm afraid you're going to have to be more specific than that.
Is Windows complaining about your installation of .NET?
Is it another progam that's giving the error message, and if so, which program and what's the error message?
I would suggest trying again, and writing down the message you get.
