Need flatcar loaded with automobiles

Hi All; Working (still) on my Polar Bear Express route and need some help. Ontario Northland transports vehicles between Cochrane and Moosonee on flatcars, my problem is trying to find flatcars with cars and trucks on them. Did a DLS search, came up blank so I tried just adding cars onto empty flatcars but that didn't seem to work either. Any idea how I can resolve this problem? Thanks all.

Interesting concept. What flat car or cars are you using and what cars and or trucks are you trying to load?

It's possible to add the autos as a commodity to almost any interactive flat car.

I found I could only add a single type car to the flatcar, a 57 Chevy and a Volvo truck but in depth searching of the DLS allowed me to find a couple more types of cars and pickup trucks to add to the flatcars which will work.

It is too bad you cannot take a scenery object, like a car that you would just put on a road as scenery, and make it into a commodity.

Oh, BTW - there are no roads heading south from Moosonee, so your personal vehicle must be loaded on a flat car and transported the 250km south to Cochrane (and back of course).

Still not working, I cannot assign automobiles to be loaded as a commodity on a flatcar with an industry track (trying JR multi-industry). Tried restricting load on the flatcar to car types but it won't accept it once in game. May have to switch to car carriers I guess.
