Need an industry/building that takes crated goods, but won't reload the cars

Does anyone know of something like this?
Have the small warehouse now in the spot on the layout, but it re-loads the cars.
Need to unload and keep them that way.

Multiple Industry New should be able to do that sort of thing - I think.

You can set-up a multiple industry to consume goods only,this way without the industry producing goods your wagons won't get loaded.As an example,I have set-up a multiple industry to consume petrol so when my seaport tanks get full of petrol then off load any excess to my multiple.I just laid the multiple industry track down,put a few tanks around which are on the DLS and configured the industry to accept petrol only.
