Narrow laneways

There are two assets I'm looking for right now. One is a fairly wide 'spline' with a greyish brick texture, and maybe 2-5 metres wide. Another is a lane way that is around 3 metres wide that is similar to the AASHTO 28ft unmarked version that is currently available. Would anyone know if either exist? I am looking to match the textures of the lane way with the existing roads.

Driveway Wide 2 DES matches the textures of AASHTO 28FT Unmarked quite well, except that it seems to be 6m wide instead of the 3m you are looking for.

But there are many driveways in the Driveway NN DES series on the DLS that I have not downloaded, so I suggest looking at all of them.
