My Keycode will not work

Does anyone know of this problem I have tried all the variations I can think of and alas I can no longer run my Trainz!

once its installed using your serial number its all set to go

Using trainz 2004 it has always asked for the key code. (Disk no) I have always entered it and it is only now that it no longer works

I think he means his serial number.

Drwtornado, make sure you are entering the serial number exactly as shown, without spaces. If there are no - marks already shown, you may need to include them.

Thankyou for your quick replies! Very much appreciated but alas it is the serial no. The screen says its trains 2009. the number on the thox is 2004.

You may need to contact Helpdesk on that one, as they are the only ones who can check serial numbers etc.

Also remember that the serial number is specific to a particular copy of Trainz.

That is confusing... if you go to your profile and copy and paste the 2004 serial number does that work? I know that Trainz can be funny with typing in the serial numbers.
