I have a loco like that, its a Krocodile loco (Its from Switzerland I think, and did I spell that correctly?). I tried to import it into TRS2006, from TRS2009 and the loco is working, but has no textures at all. I'll try and post a pic of it later....

Make sure the textures are not compressed, a power of 2 and 32bit (It should be in settings when you re-save them.
