Those are just warnings and can be ignored. If you can right-click and select Open - Preview asset, and it previews, it should be fine.

I watched this tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Lso-14c8RE, and solved the two problems and only left:

Warning: This asset uses an obsolete trainz-build number. Trainz-build numbers below 2.9 are no longer supported.

Do you know how to solve it?
