What exactly is happening, besides the FTP not working?
Does your Content Manager work?
Do you have a First Class Ticket?

Ensure that your firewall is not interfering with Content Manager.
Ensure that your login is the same as it is for Planet Auran and the forums.

Are you getting any specific errors, and what method are you using to download?

I use my login ftp details through ftp browser and it answer login incorrect

That will happen if you are using your normal password.

To download using FTP software, you must use the details shown at https://www.auran.com/planetauran/admin_ftp.php.

Also be aware that the FTP server is locked down - you must use manual transfer (how to use this varies by program), and the address shown on the download page for an asset.

Your FTP details are assigned by the server. It will always be a long string of letters and numbers - this cannot be changed.

That would seem about right. May I suggest you edit those details out quickly, as others could use them to download as you.

If that's the details, your FTP client should work OK. Make sure you also use the correct host server (as shown on the same page), the correct port, and if needed, turn on passive (PASV) mode.

That depends on which FTP client you are using. It's usually in the options.

Welcome to the forums.

When using a FTP client, you must use a specific FTP password (shown under FTP Details in your Planet Auran profile) - it will not accept your Planet Auran password.
