My AI derails

I make a session on the springfield industerial district route in trainz 12 and whenever a southbound AI train leaves the portal it derails. i use central portal control cause i cant use the portals and i use these command library:
navigate to junction station platform 2->load->navigate to portal south exit. the freight train AI exits the portal and does not derail at all

I don't have "12" but the usual reason for derailment is track not connected. Are you sure that there is a connection (the splines are joined) between the portal and whatever track continues the line?

yes there is

there is a connection between the tracks, if you have 2009-2010 this is the tutorial route

Sorry .......... had both 2009 and 2010 but gave them both away in disappointment. Hopefully someone else will be able to assist you.

Unportal

The same thing was happening to me in TS12 in the Mojave Subdivision: every train leaving the portal derailed.

I switched to using the "unportal" which basically lets you put a track marker anywhere you want that will emit or consume trains. For me, that one worked... no derailments.

the route i use has no track markers and sometimes the train is fine sometimes derailed
