Is Auran releasing multiplayer for all versions of trainz or just TS12 and up?

There is a beta version which can be patched into TS2010 at the expense of some legacy features, but TS12 is the first retail product which includes multiplayer support. It's expected that future releases will also include multiplayer, but we will not be back-porting the functionality to older versions.

The Beta version is for 2010 only and removes compatibility mode. It also improved 2010 IMO. As the testing period is now over, you would be better to buy Trainz 12 for MP gaming. :wave:

No, you didn't. 2010 is still able to play MP if both players use 2010. What I meant was the Beta period of testing MP is over as the final version is now within Trainz 12. :wave:
