Multiplayer Chat Window Error

I have an error when joying to multiplayer, and my common chat window doesn't appear!

Looks like a corrupt Multiplayer rule to me.

Try doing an extended database repair in Content Manager. (Content button on Launcher - required option is in the File menu)
