S shaneturner12 Tutorial Creator Feb 28, 2014 #2 Welcome to the forums. Try copying and pasting the serial number from Planet Auran > Serial Number into the relevant box in the Trainz Options box. Also, make sure Trainz, Content Manager, and TADDaemon.exe are allowed to access the internet. Shane
